Jazzy Dope
Jezzyho tvorba má silnú autobiografickú povahu, každý obrázok je veľkým komiksovým panelom, fragmentom jeho života, prežitého inými postavami, ale zostaveného z jeho krvi, kostí a myšlienok. Na rozprávanie príbehov prostredníctvom svojich diel používa realistický naratív s melancholickou víziou a množstvom symbolov z grafických románov, mangy a dokonca aj popkultúry svojej generácie.
Obrazy sú nazvané básňou, ktorá zhŕňa celý koncept daného diela. Umožňuje tak publiku nahliadnuť do príbehu pod ním, no zároveň umožňuje vytvoriť si vlastnú interpretáciu toho, čo sa deje.
Jezzy’s work has a strong autobiographical nature, every picture is a large comic panel, a fragment of his life, lived through some other characters but built up from his blood, bones and ideas. He uses a realistic narrative with a melancholic vision and loads of symbols from graphic novels, manga and even pop culture of his generation in order to tell stories through his artworks.
Paintings are titled with a poem summarizing the whole concept of the piece, giving the audience a glimpse of the story underneath, but also letting them make up his own interpretation of what’s going on.
Arturo Méndez
Projekty Artura Méndeza prinášajú dialóg o dualite a myšlienku onej „osobnej identity“, ktorú nepoznáme, ktorá sa nám predstavuje nezvyčajným, skrytým a tajomným spôsobom. Jeho práca odráža fantazmagorický, znepokojivý a záhadný svet, ktorým definuje súčasnú spoločnosť. V mnohých svojich projektoch využíva polyptych a obrazovú inštaláciu s cieľom vytvárať priestory, ktoré vyvolávajú pochybnosť a zamyslenie sa zoči-voči „znepokojujúcej podivnosti“ pozorovaného.
Arturo Méndez’s projects propose a dialogue on dualities and seek to address the idea of that “personal identity” that we do not know, that presents itself to us in an unusual, hidden and mysterious way. His work reflects a phantasmagorical, disturbing and enigmatic world, which he defines contemporary society with. In many of his projects, he uses polyptychs and pictorial installations with the aim of creating spaces that invite doubt and reflection in the face of the “disturbing strangeness” of what is being observed.

Alex Pérez Moya
Alex je španielsky maliar so zvláštnym záujmom o svetlé scény a čisté farby. Hľadá zmyselné vlastnosti tela a predmetov. Najčastejšie sa venuje témam ako útočisko, raj, hojnosť, zmyslové potešenie a detstvo (chápané ako vplyv záujmov a obsesií, ktoré mal ako dieťa, na tie, ktoré má teraz).
Jeho predchádzajúce štúdium inžinierstva mu prinieslo záujem o geometriu, čo je vidieť na jeho architektonických priestoroch a ostrých perspektívach. Tie kontrastujú so zmyslovým zaobchádzaním so subjektmi, čo vytvára jemné odcudzenie.
Alex is a Spanish painter with a special interest for bright scenes and clean colors. He seeks the sensual qualities of flesh and objects. His work revolves around concepts such as refuge, paradise, abundance, sensory pleasure and childhood (understood as the influence of the interests and obsessions he had as a child on those he currently has).
His previous studies in engineering gave him an interest in geometry, which can be seen in his architectural spaces and sharp perspectives. These contrast with sensual treatment of the subjects, which produces a subtle estrangement.

Pablo Colomo
Pablo hľadá sublimáciu každodenného života prostredníctvom postáv, ktoré ho obklopujú alebo si vyžiadajú jeho pozornosť.
Priťahuje ho predovšetkým ľudské telo v jeho prirodzenom kontexte a to, čo ho obklopuje, hľadá najmä techniky a svetlo presahujúce motív, pretože verí tomu, že každý správne namaľovaný objekt v sebe uchováva každý prejav krásy. Preto pripisuje najväčšiu dôležitosť tónom, tvaru, kompozícii a ťahu štetca.
Pablo seeks the sublimation of everyday life through the figures that surround him or call his attention.
He is especially attracted by the human body in its natural context and what surrounds it, he mainly looks for techniques and light beyond the motif, since he believes that every properly painted and enhanced object retains within itself every expression of beauty. That is why he gives the utmost importance to tones, shape, composition and brushstroke.
Terry Craven
Terry je maliar a majiteľ kníhkupectva Desperate Literature v Madride. Maľuje betónom a nájdenými materiálmi z urbánneho aj prírodného prostredia.
Momentálne pracuje na projekte Viriditas, skúma meditatívny spôsob maľby, zameriava sa najmä na zber a maľovanie lišajníkom. Znovu integruje diela s betónom, ktoré čerpajú z jeho detských „ihrísk“: tie troskami naplnené „krajiny nikoho“ medzi predmestiami a britskými zelenými pásmi, oblasti, ktoré napriek tomu, že boli zónami priemyselného chaosu, slúžili ako kreatívne a nápadité prostredie pre mnohé deti z pracovnej triedy.
Terry is a painter and owner of Desperate Literature bookshop in Madrid. He paints with concrete and found materials, both urban and natural.
He is currently working on a project Viriditas, exploring a more meditative painting, focusing mainly on collecting and painting with lichen. He is reintegrating works with concrete that draw upon his childhood ‘playgrounds’: those detritus-filled ‘no man’s lands’ between suburbia and British green belts, areas that served, despite being zones of industrial disarray, as creative and imaginative backdrops for so many working class children.

María Argüelles
María sa vždy zaujímala o precíznosť umeleckej tvorby. Zaoberá sa neexplicitným, poetickými odtieňmi, hľadá rovnováhu v kombinácii priehľadnosti alebo vrstiev. Venuje pozornosť tomu, čo je skryté, čo je pochované.
Verí, že dokážeme spomaliť rýchlosť tela blízkym pozorovaním, pretrvávajúcou, a zároveň selektívnou pozornosťou. Týmto spôsobom sa snaží trvať na tom, aby sme sa pri pozorovaní zastavili bez náhlenia, čo je nevyhnutné na inhibíciu súčasného prebytku.
María has always been interested in the meticulousness of artistic creation. She constantly navigates through territories that are not very explicit, with poetic tints, seeking a balance from the combination of transparencies or layers. She pays attention to what is hidden, what is buried.
She believes that we can slow down the speed of the body from close observation, with sustained and at the same time selective attention. In this way, she seeks to insist on pausing and observing without haste as necessary practices to inhabit contemporary excess.

René Gaete
Reného maliarska tvorba je zameraná na presah obrazu, na sily, ktoré spôsobujú znehodnotenie obrazového materiálu (výplne, škrabance, zárezy, ryhy), a teda ošúchaný, nejednoznačný obraz.
Telo a jeho reprezentovaná realita sú zobrazené ako násilné, degradované, ale aj s dávkou tajomna. V predostrených scénach je zrejmá hrubosť sveta. Konvenčné formy, ktoré prevládajú, sú rozobraté, čo spôsobuje čiastočnú deformáciu, nejednoznačnosť, ktorá stavia scény do neustáleho stavu špekulácie.
René´s work in painting is focused on the transgression of the image, on the forces that are exerted as gestures (fillings, scrapes, cuts, scratches) and produce a deterioration of the pictorial material, battered, ambiguous image.
The body and its represented reality are shown to be violent, degraded, but also with a share of mystery. In the proposed scenes, the crudeness of the world is made evident, but the conventional forms that predominate are also dismantled, producing a partial deformation, an ambiguity that places the scenes in a constant state of speculation.
Javier Marte
Javier skúma určité pocity, ktoré sú v dnešnej dobe obzvlášť bežné, ako je neistota alebo nepokoj. Jeho tvorba kombinuje rôzne techniky a istým spôsobom súvisí s okultizmom a mystériou.
Svoje kúsky chápe ako zariadenia, ktoré sa podieľajú na vytváraní nevnímateľných dimenzií. Zaujíma ho hmotné, nehmotné, fyzické a digitálne, a zaužívané vzťahy medzi nimi. Rovnako aj procesy ako zatajovanie, vytváranie labyrintov či subjektívne odhaľovanie záhad.
Javier investigates certain sensations that are especially common nowadays, such as uncertainty or restlessness. His work combines various techniques and in a way relates to occult and mystery.
He understands his pieces as devices that participate in the creation of imperceptible dimensions. He is interested in the tangible, the intangible, the physical and the digital, and the relationships established between them. Also in processes such as concealment, the creation of labyrinths or the subjective revelation of mysteries.

Ana María Poveda
Tvorba Ana Maríe začala superpozíciou obrázkov IRL (skutočný život) v opozícii k URL (virtuálny zdroj). Artificiálnosť virtualizovanej reality, hranica reálneho a virtuálneho.
Svoj proces začína vytvorením umelého priestoru. Používa URL adresy ako povrchy sveta, ktoré sú naviazané na pamäť. Virtuálna krajina sa stala fyzickou reprezentáciou jaskyne. Alegória jaskyne, alebo jaskyne Platóna, žije cez obrazovku, obrazovka žije pre nás, platonické tiene sa premieňajú na virtuálny obsah.
Ana Maria’s work started from the superposition of IRL images (real life) in opposition to URL (virtual resources). Artificiality of a virtualized reality, border of the real and the virtual.
She begins her process by creating an artificial container. She uses URLs as surfaces of the world that are attached to memory. The virtual landscape became a physical representation of the cave. The allegory of the cave, or the cave of Plato; living through the screen, the screen lives for us, the platonic shadows are transformed into virtual content.

Carlos Klett
Carlova prax, skrížená s jeho antropologickým štúdiom, je charakteristická svojou multidisciplinaritou. Jeho výskum sa točí okolo tela, antropocentrizmu a neustáleho hľadania ľudskej transcendencie. Odráža realitu konštruovanú našimi obmedzenými biologickými kapacitami, neustále pripomína našu príslušnosť k prírode, pod ktorou sa skrýva politický návrh založený na kultúrnej decelerácii. Medzi umelým a prirodzeným, božským a pozemským, spochybňuje ľudskú nadradenosť, pokrok, racionalizmus a západné karteziánske oddelenie mysle a tela.
Carlos’s practice, crossed by his anthropology studies, is characterized by its multidisciplinarity. His research revolves around the body, anthropocentrism and the constant search for human transcendence. He reflects on the reality constructed from our limited biological capacities, maintaining a constant reminder of our belonging to nature, under which lies a political proposal based on cultural deceleration. Between the artificial and the natural, divine and earthly, he questions human supremacy, progress, rationalism and the Western Cartesian division between body and mind.

Joaco Carbajales
Joaquinova tvorba digitálnej a filmovej fotografie sa zameriava na intímny život a milo-erotický koncept. Zaujíma sa o jeho vizuálne aj duchovné skúmanie, vzhľadom na hranice medzi ním a ľuďmi, ktorých zobrazuje. Tí nie sú náhodní; sú to priatelia, partneri alebo frajeri. Posledných sedem rokov si všíma, ako tieto hranice vníma, pričom to bolo v každom prípade úplne odlišné.
Joaquin´s work is about digital and film photography, focusing on the intimate life and cute-erotic concept. He is interested in both visual and spiritual investigation, considering limits between him and the people he portrays, who are not random ones; but friends, partners or boyfriends. For the last seven years, he has been paying attention to how he feels about these limits, finding them completely different in every case, not only because of his emotions but also because the connections are never the same with each picture.

Sonsoles Masiá
Sonsoles má osobitný záujem o archeológiu, astronómiu a tradičné observatóriá. Cení si skutočný význam tradícií a inšpiráciu nachádza v archaických rituáloch, založených na prepojení primárnych prvkov prírody a vesmíru prostredníctvom kreatívnych performances.
So zámerom skúmať, ako určité miesta či pohyb nebeských telies ovplyvňujú našu ľudskú podstatu a jej umeleckú tvorbu, pracuje v svätyniach predkov alebo počas astronomických udalostí, akými sú rovnodennosť, slnovrat či mesačné fázy.
Sonsoles has a special interest in archeology, astronomy, and traditional observatories. She values the true meaning of traditions and finds her inspiration in archaic rites, based on the connection of primary elements of nature and the universe through creative performance sessions.
With the intention of scrutinizing how certain places or the movement of celestial bodies influence our essence as human beings and her artistic creation, she works in ancestral sanctuaries or during astronomical events such as equinoxes, solstices or lunar phases.

Pau Masana
Základom Pauových diel sú pocity, ktoré konkrétnymi chromatickými priestormi vyjadrujú formy usporiadané do zdanlivej náhodnosti. Sú predostreté pred diváka a prichádzajú k nemu z nekonečna, alebo vystupujú z popredia smerom dovnútra, do seba samého.
Hrá sa s chaosom, aby nakoniec našiel poriadok. Priestory, tvary a farby sú „uväznené“ v každom diele, aby sa divák sa strácal v jeho ekosystéme a umožňilo mu to obaliť sa do tvarov a farieb.
Feelings are the basis of Pau’s works, which are expressing, with concrete chromatic spaces, forms ordered in an apparent randomness that comes in front of the viewer from infinity, or emerges from the foreground to the interior of oneself.
He is playing with chaos to end up finding an order. Spaces, shapes and colors are “trapped” in each piece, so that the viewer loses himself in its ecosystem, and it allows him to be enveloped by the shapes and colors.
